THE ROLE | CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
Customer Service Assistant at Brava Head Office, Hampton Street, Hampton. Contribute to the ongoing success of Brava through efficiency and excellent customer service standards delivered both online and through phone calls. Adhere to strategies that inform and encourage customers to select the most appropriate product for them.
ABOUT YOU
A Team player with a proactive and positive attitude, patience and empathy to be trained on various systems to assist Brava customers. Excellent computer skills, current knowledge of social media, timelines are met, and issues are managed in a consultative manner. You will be trained to create memorable, honest and empowering connections with women in a supportive environment. Deal with customer concerns in a reassuring, professional and efficient manner. Problem solve and troubleshoot to improve the customer interactions. Liaise with customers regarding stock availability, shipping dates and product information, communicating over a range of platforms; Shopify, Cin 7, Gorgias, Shipstation, Sendle Portal, Office 365, Livechat and more.
WHAT YOU NEED
. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
. Ability to handle customer issues with a positive, non-critical approach
. Enthusiasm to understand ‘The Brava Way’ for D cup and up women
. Compassion, and dedication to supporting women
. Caring and understanding nature to women with various needs
. Reliability, commitment, honesty and integrity
. Excellent POS technology and understanding of systems
. Motivated and results orientated with a pro-active attitude
