ABOUT THE ROLE
Brava Lingerie is seeking a passionate Bra Fitter/Sales Assistant to join the team in our Highpoint store in Victoria. This role provides the opportunity to work in a vibrant retail environment, supporting D cup and up customers in finding the perfect fitting bra and swimwear.

THE ROLE
- Delivering exceptional customer service and one-on-one bra fitting consultations
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our product range
- Point of Sale information technology understanding
- Ensuring the store is organised and visually appealing
- Motivated and pro-active attitude to the role and the company
- Driven by the desire to help women to look good and feel great
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
- Flexibility to work a weekly roster of up to 30 hours including Saturday or Sunday.
About You
- Previous experience in a retail role, ideally within the lingerie industry
- Strong communication skills providing personalised and friendly customer service
- Ready to gain excellent product knowledge and specialised D cup and up bra fit training

ONLINE DISPATCH CO-ORDINATOR

ABOUT THE ROLE
We seek a reliable and efficient Dispatch Co-ordinator whose experience and knowledge can proactively provide valued input and development. The role is for four or five days a week to process the daily Dispatch of orders and contribute to the ongoing success of our online store by driving performance through efficient and effective practices.
- Prioritise efficiency and processes to improve productivity.
- Process customer orders in a timely manner.
- Positive attitude and warm approach towards all challenges.
- Coordinate the Dispatch Team to handle shipping, wrappers, order fulfilment and more!!!
KEY TASKS
- Oversee correct picking, wrapping and shipping of orders.
- Ensure out of stock product are promptly resourced from other Brava locations.
- Accurate order fulfilment and timely shipping updates.
- Liaise with the Customer Service Team on customer communication.
- Ensure relevant teams are aware of delays and other concerns.
- Resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work across key performance tasks; review fulfilment, pick lists, split orders, bugs and wrapping.
- Discuss with teams the tasks, updates, orders and organise pickups for next day dispatch.
- Ensure the customer is always considered and communicated to.
- Embody Brava’s core principles ensuring a safe and positive work environment.
- Create rosters to include sales peaks and high demand period.
- Work with CS team on fulfilment and communication to customers.
YOU WILL NEED
- Dispatch or retail stockroom experience with ability to improve performance of a dispatch team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management, organisational and multitasking capabilities.
- Innovative and solutions focused.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to direct people in a consultative manner and work to timelines.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, emails, excel).
- Experience in using Shopify, CIN7, and Shipstation is an advantage
- Knowledge of an ERP/Inventory management system/WMS such as CIN7.
